Mission Statement

Clients are the most important people in this office, in person, by mail, or by phone. Clients are NOT an interruption of our work; they are the purpose for it. We are not doing a favor by serving them. They are doing us a favor by giving us the opprotunity to do so. A client is not someone to debate or match wits with. Nobody ever won a debate with a client. A client is a person who brings us their wants. It is our job to handle them profitably - to them and to ourselves.
